MyDevice - RMA request


This section allows our customers to dialogue directly with Pixsys Technical service and possibly activate the RMA procedure (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Identifying the device by serial number and providing a brief description of the problem are the preliminary steps which allow to assess whether there is a malfunction due to product defects or possible errors/inconsistencies in parameter settings.

Scanning with a mobile device the QR code located on Pixsys serial label, it is possible to read the serial number of each device and to check online whether the warranty is still valid.

In desktop mode it is possible to proceed by manually typing in the serial number.

Please follow the guided steps. At the end of the procedure, if the return is approved by our technical service you will receive a confirmation message with the RMA number.

IMPORTANT:  You will also receive a label in PDF format that must be printed and affixed to the outside of the package before shipping in order to allow clear identification of the material. Failure to do so may result in the package being rejected.
